Micro-bubble aeration pipe "Cross Diffuser"

Proven results in purification tanks and community drainage! Aeration pipes that achieve high oxygen dissolution efficiency.

The "Cross Diffuser" is a special polyurethane fiber aeration tube made by combining various synthetic fibers, including elastic fibers. A large number of fine bubbles are generated from each fiber's weave, achieving high oxygen dissolution efficiency. When not in operation, the weave closes to prevent the intrusion of sludge, and during aeration, the weave expands to produce fine bubbles. Compared to conventional products, it has lower pressure loss, thus reducing power consumption. 【Features】 ■ Uses elastic fibers ■ Resistant to clogging ■ Generates more fine bubbles ■ Energy-saving with low pressure loss *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Diffuser Tube Membrane Microbubble Diffuser Tube Energy-saving Implementation Case in Food Factories

Reduce conventional power costs from 25.7 kW to below 11 kW! Average electricity costs will be about one-third of the conventional amount! The payback period for the initial investment is only 2 to 3 months.

Membrane Fine Bubble Aeration Pipe [Energy Saving Implementation Case for Food Manufacturing Plants] Due to the poor oxygen dissolution efficiency of a certain manufacturer's aerator that was previously installed, the electricity costs for wastewater treatment had become high. To reduce electricity costs, we introduced our membrane fine bubble aeration pipe "Pipeflex," which has a high oxygen dissolution efficiency. [Effects of Introducing the Membrane Fine Bubble Aeration Pipe] ■ Reduced conventional power costs from 25.7 kW to below 11 kW, resulting in a decrease of 14.7 kW. ■ By replacing with the membrane fine bubble aeration pipe, operation was achieved with just 1 out of the 5 units previously used with the conventional aerator. ■ On average, electricity costs were reduced to about one-third of the previous amount (over 70% cut). ■ Payback period for the introduction cost = approximately 0.2 years (recovered in just 2-3 months). *Note: Installation costs for piping are not included. *For more details on the Membrane Fine Bubble Aeration Pipe [Energy Saving Implementation Case for Food Manufacturing Plants], please contact us or download the catalog.
